Elizabeth grew up in rural Connecticut enjoying horseback riding, climbing huge trees and being mesmerized by stars and the beauty of nature in its many forms and seasons. She went to Boston University and experienced the rich diversity of humanity and revolutionaries of the early 1970’s. In 1970 she became initiated in a lifelong TM meditation practice.
Elizabeth originally moved to Boulder, Colorado in 1971 and graduated from the University of Colorado in 1975 with a B.A. in Studio Art. Elizabeth is still a multi media artist. All the artwork on this site is by Elizabeth. She returned to Colorado (to remain) after traveling extensively throughout the world, in 1983 due to a spirit calling.. In 1985 she married the love of her life and began raising her family, which includes three unique and delightful children on a magical property in the foothills where she still resides and has a home office today.
Her passion for the stars and astrology began very early in elementary school. Astrological Life readings led Elizabeth into an active Life Coaching practice. She now enjoys life in her mountain home — devoted to family, clients, writing, gardening, hiking, recumbent tandem bike riding, travel and questioning how to awaken the unconscious into the conscious. Elizabeth’s color filled paintings and mosaics are a continual source of joy. Her international travels continue to provide her with important perspectives about being a world citizen.
Elizabeth’s talents also include being a chef at two award winning Health Food Cafes in Boulder, Colorado in the 1970’s. She got a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1975, and a Master’s Degree in 1981 from the Heartwood Holistic Health Institute located in Santa Cruz, California, and earned the title Holistic Health Educator.
Immediately after completing her Master’s degree, Elizabeth was invited to travel extensively on a Hindi pilgrimage with Harish Johari and Shyam Batnagar, in India. She continued traveling four and a half months. Elizabeth apprenticed with an Ayervedic Dr. Jah in Katmandu Nepal for over a month and spent the last month in a hermitage with Swami Sham in Kulu Valley in the Himalayas. She also earned a massage license during her many studies.

- Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1975.
- Masters Degree in Holistic Health Education and a Massage License from Heartwood Holistic Health Institute in Santa Cruz, California in 1981.
- Study in Ayurveda and Yoga Sutras at the Mount Madonna Center located in Watsonville, California from 1979 through 1981.

My first mentor was the legendary Hannah Kroeger of Hanna’s Herb Shop that began as New Age Foods 1957 in downtown Boulder, Colorado. I studied with her beginning in 1971. She married my husband and I in 1985.

- Certified Psych K Advanced Practitioner with courses taken during May and June, 2007. This is psychological kinesiology for powerfully shifting core subconscious and conscious beliefs as well as identifying the intentions you want to release or empower.
- Matrix Energetics – a form of quantum shamanism, level 1 and 2 in March 2008. Repeated 1, 2 and added level 3 in August 2008. This work is taught by Dr. Richard Bartlett.
